Terms of Service
Welcome to espadrillezkf.com. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of espadrillezkf.com and all purchases of women’s shoes from Ava Enterprise Company Limited. By accessing espadrillezkf.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use espadrillezkf.com or purchase products from Ava Enterprise Company Limited.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
The customer must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The customer must provide accurate account information and keep that information current. The customer is responsible for all activity under the customer account and for protecting account credentials. Ava Enterprise Company Limited may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms of Service, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ava Enterprise Company Limited. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Ava Enterprise Company Limited may cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. The customer will receive notice of cancellation. Payment providers process transactions under their own terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated arrival windows are displayed at checkout. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. The customer must inspect all items upon receipt.
Strict 14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy
Ava Enterprise Company Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund for any reason or no reason when the refund request is submitted within 14 days after delivery. The customer does not need to state a reason. The request must be submitted through the customer account or by contacting [email protected]. After 14 days after delivery, the customer loses the right to a no-reason refund. The returned item must be sent back in original condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Ava Enterprise Company Limited may reduce or deny a refund if the returned item is used, altered, damaged by the customer, or missing components. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective and the claim is submitted under the damaged goods section.
Refund Processing and Timing
Refund processing begins after Ava Enterprise Company Limited receives and inspects the returned item. Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. This minimum period applies to all approved refunds. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow at least 14 days for PayPal refunds and up to 30 days where local laws require. Ava Enterprise Company Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or PayPal beyond these periods. The customer should contact [email protected] if a refund has not arrived after the applicable period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are denied. Ava Enterprise Company Limited will review the claim and may request return of the item. If the claim is approved, Ava Enterprise Company Limited covers return shipping and issues a replacement or refund. Refund timing follows the Refund Processing and Timing section. This 7-day period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Prohibited Conduct
The customer must not misuse espadrillezkf.com. The customer must not commit fraud, scrape data, reverse engineer any part of espadrillezkf.com, interfere with site operation, upload malicious code, violate any law, or infringe intellectual property rights. Ava Enterprise Company Limited may terminate access for prohibited conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on espadrillezkf.com belongs to Ava Enterprise Company Limited or its licensors. Content includes text, images, graphics, logos, and software. The customer must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish content without written permission from Ava Enterprise Company Limited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and services are provided as is and as available. Ava Enterprise Company Limited disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law. Ava Enterprise Company Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of espadrillezkf.com.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Ava Enterprise Company Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The total liability of Ava Enterprise Company Limited does not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Ava Enterprise Company Limited against claims, losses, and expenses arising from customer misuse of espadrillezkf.com, breach of these Terms of Service, or violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. The governing law is Hong Kong law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong. The customer consents to personal jurisdiction in Hong Kong. Before legal action, the parties shall attempt good faith negotiation by contacting [email protected].
Changes to These Terms
Ava Enterprise Company Limited may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms become part of these Terms of Service when posted on espadrillezkf.com. Continued use of espadrillezkf.com constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
